The District Administration, Tenkasi is launching the District Development Internship Programme (DDIP) to provide young professionals with an opportunity to work alongside the administration in improving governance efficiency through data-driven insights, performance evaluation, and policy innovation.
Interns will contribute to:
✅ Reviewing departmental files and analyzing key performance indicators.
✅ Structuring and visualizing data for better decision-making.
✅ Identifying best practices and areas needing improvement.
✅ Proposing innovative governance solutions.
✅ Attending review meetings and preparing performance reports.
This three-month paid internship is ideal for individuals with strong analytical and research skills who are eager to gain hands-on experience in public administration and governance.

Eligibility Criteria
✅ Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
✅ Strong analytical, research, and visualization skills.
✅ Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
✅ Fluency in English and Tamil (writing & presentation skills).
✅ Must own a laptop
