The conduct, character and antecedents of the applicant must be good and suitable in all respects for appointment to the service. The candidates shortlisted for Viva-voce shall produce a certificate of character and conduct from two responsible persons not related to him, in the format prescribed in Annexure-A. The persons certifying shall be residing/working in the locality where the candidate resides/works and are well acquainted with the applicant in his/her personal life.
Note:- The persons certifying need not be a Gazetted Officer or a Government Servant or a Judicial Officer.
விண்ணப்பதாரரை பணியமர்த்த நற்பண்பு நன்னடத்தை மற்றும் முன் வரலாறும், எல்லா வகையிலும் அவரை தகுதி படுத்துவனவாக இருத்தல் வேண்டும். விண்ணப்பதாரர் வாய்மொழித் தேர்வுக்கு தகுதி பெறும்பட்சத்தில் இணைப்பு (A)-வில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள படிவததில் நன்னடத்தைச் சான்றிதழை தனக்கு உறவுமுறையலலாத இரண்டு பொறுப்புமிக்க நபர்களிடமிருந்து பெற்று சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். சான்றளிக்கும் நபர்களின் வசிப்பிடம்/பணிபுரியும் இடமானது விண்ணப்பதாரரின் வசிப்பிடத்தின்/பணிபுரியுமிடத்தின் அருகில் இருத்தல் வேண்டும். மேலும், விண்ணப்பதாரரின் தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கை முறையை குறித்து நன்கு அறிந்தவர்களாக அந்த நபர்கள் இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
குறிப்பு:- சான்றளிக்கும் நபர் அரசிதழ் பதிவு பெற்ற அலுவலராகவோ அல்லது அரசு பணியாளராகவோ அல்லது நீதித்துறை அதிகாரியாகவோ இருத்தல் அவசியமில்லை.
