Mudhalvar Marundhagam Scheme | 3 Lakhs Subsidy For Entrepreneurs | How to Apply Mudhalvar Medical Shop..!
Scheme Details :-
- Entrepreneurs who have completed D.Pharm or B.Pharm and are licensed as pharmacists can apply online for Muthalvar Marunthagam. If the entrepreneur is not certified, a consent letter from a licensed individual with the aforementioned qualifications, must be obtained and submitted.
- Cooperative societies having drug licence can also apply.
- In the first phase, 1000 Muthalvar Marunthagam will be established.
- Entrepreneurs wishing to avail loans will be facilitated to obtain loans through cooperative banks.
- Selected entrepreneurs will be given a government grant of 3 lakhs. Of this, 50% will be given in cash for infrastructure facilities and 50% given in kind as medicines.
- All submitted applications will be processed online only.
Pharmacist Entrepreneur Requirements
Qualification :-
- Pharmacist Course Completion Certificate
- Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate
- Pharmacy Council ID and Other Certificates.
Location:-
- Ownership or Rental/Lease Agreement
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from owner if rental property
- Property Document (Property Tax, Electricity Bill, Watertax)
Required Installations :-
Store with 110 Sq.ft (10 Sqm) Carpet Area, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, Computer with Internet connection, Setup with alphabetical boxes as per Pharmacy SOP
Other Documents :-
- Pharmacy Permit Forms (Forms 19,20, 21)
- Experience Certificate
- Detailed Project Report (DPR)
- GST Certificate, PAN
- Existing Loan Details and Current Status (Bank NOC)
Procedures:-
- The applicant must have registered their certificate with the Pharmacy Council.
- The selected location for the pharmacy must be easily accessible to public.
- If the pharmacy is owned by the pharmacist, the ownership document is required, or if it is a rented store, the lease/rental agreement and a no-objection certificate for starting the pharmacy must be submitted.
Priority Factors :-
If multiple applications are received for the same location, selection will be made based on the following priority criteria:
1. Entrepreneurs with D.Pharm or B. Pharm qualification.
2. Destitute Widows / Differently Abled / Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes / Women.
3. Location easily accessible to the public.
