Job Title: Customer Relationship Associate (CRA)

Location: Work from Home/Work from Office

Overview: Join BYJU’S, India’s leading ed-tech company, as a Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) and be a part of our dynamic sales team. We are looking for passionate individuals who can drive sales, nurture client relationships, and contribute to our mission of transforming education through innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of BYJU’S learning products through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct weekend counseling sessions for prospective clients to showcase BYJU’S learning methodologies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently through effective sales strategies and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct sales or customer service, preferably in education or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of BYJU’S products effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work 6 days a week, with a willingness to work from home or office as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • CTC: 4 LPA (20% – 25% Fixed Pay and 75% – 80% Variable Pay)
  • Variable Pay: 50% of Upfront Collection for all Verified Sales (No Upper Cap)
  • Comprehensive training program for all new hires, with effective date of employment upon successful completion.
  • Immediate employment for ex-Byjuites upon selection for the role.
